Description

Scope of Work/Overview:
.1 All demolition work as indicated on drawings.
.2 Remove fuel tank and associated piping and dispose of in accordance with Canadian and Newfoundland environmental regulations.
.3 Supply and installation of new Stand-By Diesel Generator and Automatic Transfer Switch.
.4 New generator to be located on new concrete pad.
.5 New generator to be connected to the existing fire alarm system for monitoring purposes throughout the building.
.6 Provide new single line diagram to reflect 100% of all existing and new electrical equipment. Contractor is responsible to verify all panel sizes including voltage and phase. All panelboard feeders are to be confirmed and identified.
.7 All panelboard directories that are affected in this contract shall be revised and re-typed.
.8 Supply and installation of new Service Entrance Board, panels and disconnects.
.9 The removal of existing electrical service and the installation of new.
.10 Coordination with NF Power.
.11 New chain link fence around new Stand-By Generator.
.12 Provide Arc-Flash and Load Coordination Study for complete distribution system including all existing and new electrical equipment.
