• A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet Keith Chukwueke at 601 Booth street, Ottawa, Ontario. For mandatory site visits, Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda. Bidders cannot use a representative from another Bidder as its authorized representative to attend the site visit.
• All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, hard hats, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
