Description

Based on the current Master Water Servicing Study, Centennial Drive requires a watermain installation connection from the existing to Maplewood Drive and a watermain upsize from the current 200 Ductile Iron pipe to a 300 mm PVC along Maplewood Drive. As well, the Town is looking to limit on-street parking to specific areas (mainly adjacent to the school). To this end, the design will include a realignment of Maplewood Drive (collector) and design specific areas of on-street parking to allow for a new landscaping design (NOTE: landscaping design is not a part of this contract).
