ВЪЗЛОЖИТЕЛЯТ ще приложи Методиката за изменение на цената на договор за

обществена поръчка в резултат на инфлация и ще увеличи по реда на чл. 1 - чл. 4 от

Методиката стойността на договора.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

На основание чл. 116, ал. 1, т. 3, във вр. с чл. 117а, ал. 1, във вр. с § 2 (обн. ДВ, бр. 62 от

2022 г., в сила от 5.08.2022 г.) от преходните и заключителни разпоредби на Закона за

изменение и допълнение на Закона за обществените поръчки (ЗОП), във вр. с Методика за изменение на цената на договор за обществена поръчка в резултат на инфлация

(Методиката), приета с Постановление № 290 от 27 септември 2022 г., и искания вх. №ЦУ-ЕСО-10137/03.10.2022 г. и вх. №ЦУ-ЕСО-12779/05.12.2022 г., като взеха предвид следното:

- Съгласно формулата по чл. 4 от Методиката, за изчисляване увеличението на цените

се използва стойността на индекса за тримесечието, в което са приети дейностите по

договора.
