Първоначалният срок на Договор № 93-00-114/01.09.2023 г. е до 09.11.2023 г. С Допълнително споразумение № 1 от 06.10.2023 г. срокът на договора се удължава с 6 месеца, считано от 10.11.2023 г.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Съгласно чл. 2, ал. 2 от договор № 93-00-114/01.09.2023 г., в случай, че при достигане на срока на договора има неизразходен ресурс, същият се удължава с до 6 месеца или до изразходване на финансовия ресурс по договора. По цитирания договор е налице неизразходен финансов ресурс, т.е. не е усвоена максималната стойност по договор. Предвид изложеното на основание чл. 116, ал. 1, т. 7 и чл. 113, ал. 3, т. 1 от ЗОП, чл. 2, ал. 2 от Договор № 93-00-100/30.06.2022 г. срокът на договора се удължава с шест месеца, считано от 10.11.2023 г. или до изразходване на ресурса по него, което от двете обстоятелства настъпи първо.
