         El objeto de la presente contratación es el Servicio de limpieza diaria de la sede de los Servicios Centrales de esta Consejería de Industria, Energía y Minas, en calle Castelar, número 22, con las características que figuran en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas que se acompaña en el expediente.

         Sede de la Consejería de Industria, Energía y Minas en la calle Castelar, nº 22 de Sevilla.

      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         El edificio objeto del contrato se ubica en la calle Castelar, 22 y tiene fachada a la calle Padre Marchena 15 Acc., con acceso por ambas calles. El edificio cuenta con una superficie total estimada de 3.516,70 m2. Está compuesto por dos cuerpos de edificación comunicados por un cuerpo lateral y separados por un jardín central. El primer cuerpo, con fachada a la calle Castelar, corresponde a una casa palacio y el segundo, con fachada a la calle Padre Marchena, a un anexo posterior moderno. La casa palacio se articula en torno a un patio central abierto, teniendo esta zona dos plantas y fachadas a la calle Castelar y al jardín central. A continuación hay un cuerpo, que comunica con el anexo, que tiene tres plantas y fachada al jardín central. En el mismo existe una planta intermedia entre la planta primera y la segunda que alberga dos grupos de aseos y

         tres patios de ventilación. A nivel de planta segunda existen toldos abatibles en toda la fachada al jardín central. El patio central está cubierto por un toldo plegable a nivel de cubierta. El anexo consta de cuatro plantas, teniendo fachada a la calle Padre Marchena y al jardín central, girando en torno a tres patios. Dos de ellos ajardinados y uno de iluminación interior de una zona de trabajo de doble altura cubierto por una montera. En planta segunda tiene una terraza, y tiene toldos abatibles en toda la fachada al jardín central. Los patios ajardinados están cubiertos por unos toldos plegables a nivel de cubierta. En cuanto a los usos en planta baja se ubican las estancias que dan servicio al conjunto consistente en dos archivos, un salón de actos, una sala de exposiciones y control de acceso, destinando el resto del espacio de la planta y del edificio a uso administrativo.
