      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         De opdracht omvat een digitalisatie van het planningsproces van onze medewerkers via een interactieve, geïntegreerde en gebruiksvriendelijke planningstool. Hierbij kan de planning digitaal worden opgemaakt en laat dit toe om onze 3250 medewerkers, leidinggevenden en HR specialisten een actieve rol te geven. De tool waakt hierbij over de toepassing van de correcte regels van de sociale wetgeving bij de roosterplanning.

         Deze digitalisatie zorgt voor een optimalisatie van ons planningsproces wat o.a. weerspiegelt wordt in een daling van de tijdsbesteding. Op termijn wensen we de planningstool ook via een app aan te bieden aan onze medewerkers en leidinggevenden.

         Via de tool wensen we overzichtelijke tellers beschikbaar te hebben voor alle vormen van aanwezigheid en afwezigheid op individueel en teamniveau op dag-, week-, maand- en jaarbasis.Tevens verwachten we een vlotte en gebruiksvriendelijke rapportering van alle belangrijke informatie en parameters.

         De tool maakt ook een vlekkeloze doorstroming mogelijk van de finale planning naar onze loonadministratie waarbij we geen gebruik maken van tijdsregistratie.

         We verwachten hierbij tevens ondersteuning in de uitrol en opleiding van onze organisatie in het gebruik van deze tool.
