1. Het regenereren van verzadigde actieve kool in een regeneratie-unit van de leverancier en het aanvullen met nieuwe actieve kool tot de oorspronkelijke hoeveelheid, zodanig dat hij voldoet aan de technische eisen. De regeneratie gebeurt in partijen van ongeveer 112,5 m3 kool (PCO-2, PCO-1 en Notmeir) of 104 m3 (Walem).

2. De controles voorafgaand aan de regeneratie

3. Het laden van elke partij te regenereren kool in onze productiecentra en het vervoer ervan naar de regeneratie-unit van de leverancier. Het laden dient te gebeuren volgens de geldende procedure. Het laden van de geregenereerde kool is bovendien gebonden aan een strikt tijdsschema.

4. Het vervoer van elke partij gereactiveerde kool vanuit de regeneratie-unit van de inschrijver terug naar de productiecentra en het lossen in de aangewezen filter. Het lossen dient te gebeuren volgens de geldende procedure. Het terugleveren van de geregenereerde kool is bovendien gebonden aan een strikt tijdsschema.

5. De controle van de leveringen

6. Het afleveren van analysecertificaten per partij geregenereerde kool (112,5 of 104 m3), zijnde de inhoud van een filter.

7. Het vervangen van de actieve kool, indien na regeneratie zou blijken dat deze niet voldoet aan de kwaliteitseisen.

8. Na elk afgelopen kalenderjaar maakt de inschrijver een globaal reactivatie-rapport. Dit rapport krijgt water-link elektronisch toegezonden en er grijpt jaarlijks minimaal één operationele overlegmeeting plaats.
