      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Die Abrufe erfolgen in jeweils 10 Tranchen, die gleichmäßig über den gesamten Beschaffungszeitraum verteilt.

         Die Lieferung erfolgt als Portfolio Management Modell, bei dem eine preisliche Absicherung auf Basis von Standardhandelsprodukten Base und Peak (EEX German Power Future) erfolgen kann. Sämtliche Abweichungen zwischen stündlichem Ist-Lastgang und fixierten Standardhandelsprodukten Base und Peak (positiv wie negativ) wird zu stündlichen Spotmarktpreisen der EPEX Spot im Marktgebiet DE_LU abgerechnet.

         Im Leistungsverzeichnis werden untenstehende Preisbestandteile abgefragt und sind anzubieten:

         - Monatlicher Grundpreis in EUR (für Fixkosten des Auftragnehmers)

         - Grundpreis für jede, an der Marktlokation festgestellte Strommenge in EUR/MWh (für spezifische Kosten der Lieferung, wie z.B. Regel- und Ausgleichsenergie)

         - Abwicklungsgebühr für EEX-Terminmarktprodukte Base und Peak in EUR/MWh (Für den Kauf von Base- und Peakprodukten EEX German Power Future best ask)

         - Abwicklungsgebühr für EPEX-Spotmarktprodukte (Für positive und negative Mengen, die zu Preisen der Stundenauktion der EPEX Spot im Marktgebiet DE_LU abgerechnet werden)

         - Abwicklungsgebühr für die Beistellung und Entwertung von Herkunftsnachweisen (HKN) durch Dritte auf das Konto des Auftragnehmers beim Herkunftsnachweisregister beim Umweltbundesamt
