Verlängerung des bestehenden Auftragsverhältnis um weitere 10 Jahre. Der Gesamtwert der zusätzlichen Leistungen übersteigt unter Berücksichtigung aller maßgeblichen Umstände 50% des Wertes des ursprünglichen Auftrages dabei vertragsgemäß nicht.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers kann nach umfassender Evaluierung durch den Auftraggeber aus wirtschaftlichen sowie technischen Gründen nicht erfolgen und wäre zudem mit erheblichen Schwierigkeiten sowie beträchtlichen Zusatzkosten für den Auftraggeber verbunden. Es handelt sich um den Weiterbetrieb einer hochkomplexen Sickerwasserreinigungsanlage. Bei einer Neuerrichtung (nach Abbau der bestehenden Anlage) und einem Auftragnehmerwechsel drohen neben den beschriebenen Auswirkungen zudem erhebliche Umweltbeeinträchtigungen.
