Der Auftrag umfasst die technische Gebäudeausrüstung der Heizungs-, Kühlungs- und Sanitäranlagen für den Neubau des Verwaltungsgebäudes. Sämtliche Anlagenkomponenten sind vom Technikraum im UG 2 bis zum Obergeschoss 5 neu zu errichten – keine Bestandsanlagen oder Sanierungsabschnitte. Voraussichtlicher Ausführungstermin KW 16/2024 - KW 46/2024. Genauere Beschreibung siehe Punkt II. 2.4.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Für die Wärmeversorgung ist ein System mit Wärmepumpe und Erdpfahlabsorber geplant. Hierfür werden die für Statik ohnehin notwendigen Gründungspfähle unter dem Gebäude mit Rohrleitungen belegt.

1 Stk. Wärmepumpe 60kW

Für den Lastausgleich (Lastspitzen) und für einen optimierten Wärmepumpenbetrieb, wird ein

Wärmespeicher 3.000 Liter in das hydraulische System eingebunden.

Ein Plattenwärmetauscher 50kW bildet die Systemtrennung zwischen Erdpfahlanlage und haustechnischer Anlage.

Die Erzeugte Wärmeenergie wird über den Wärmespeicher bedarfsabhängig an das Fußbodenheizungssystem abgegeben.

Im Kühlfall erfolgt die Zuführung zu den Fußbodenflächen aus dem Kältespeicher.

Fußboden Heiz- Külsystem ca. 1600m²

Für drei Räume werden zusätzlich zu den belegbaren Fußbodenflächen ergänzende „Umluft – Gebläsekonvektoren errichtet..

5 Stk. Gebläsekonvektoren mit 2-3kW

Eine Reservekühlleitung bestehend aus Vor- und Rücklaufleitung sowie Kondensatabflussleitung, für den nachträglichen Anschluss von weiteren Gebläsekonvektoren wird vorgesehen.

Im Untergeschoss werden zwei Duschanlagen sowie eine Bodenwanne für die Putzmaschine errichtet. Die Abwässer sowie die Tropf- und Kondensatwässer der Technikräume, werden über Grundleitungen unter Bodenplatte zu einem Pumpensumpf mit Hebeanlage geleitet.

Die Sanitärkerne in den Geschossen E0 bis E5 werden je Geschoss mit einer WC Einheit sowie je einer behindertengerechten Einheit ausgestattet.

Im zentralen Meetingbereich wird ein Teeküchenbereich mit Spülbecken und Geschirrspüler eingerichtet.

Im Sozialbereich wird eine kleine Aufwärmküche eingerichtet

Das Dach wird über ein Unterdrucksystem (Pluvia) entwässert.
