          Tarjoajan edustajan tulee osallistua kohdevierailuun ennen tarjouksen jättämistä. Kohdevierailu järjestetään tarjouspyynnön sivulla 3 mainittuina ajankohtina Herttoniemen yhteiskoululla. Kohdevierailuun tulee ilmoittautua etukäteen lähettämällä sähköposti osoitteeseen ari.levaniemi@heryk.fi. Sähköpostissa tulee ilmoittaa tarjoajayrityksen nimi, kohdevierailulle osallistuvan tahon nimi ja yhteystiedot (puhelinnumero ja sähköposti) sekä kohdevierailun ajankohta. Viestin otsikkoon tulee kirjoittaa ”Kohdevierailu, HERYKin siivouspalvelut”. Yhteen ryhmään voi osallistua korkeintaan 15 vierasta. Hankintayksikkö vahvistaa osallistumisen kohdevierailulle ennen vierailuaikaa. Mikäli tarjoajan ehdottama päivämäärä on täynnä, hankintayksikkö on yhteydessä tarjoajaan ja ilmoittaa mahdollisesta varapäivän käyttöönotosta.
