Monmouthshire County Council are going out to tender and award for a new Framework Agreement for the provision of a suite of Facilities Management Services for Monmouthshire County Council(MCC), Torfaen County Borough Council (TCBC), Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council (BGCBC) and Gwent Police. MCC are leading the procurement exercise and once awarded TCBC, BGCBC and Gwent Police will be able to use the framework to appoint suppliers for the following:

Lot 1 - Commercial Gas and Oil Servicing

Lot 2 - Kitchen Equipment (Gas) Servicing

Lot 3 - Kitchen Canopy and Duct Cleaning

Lot 4 - Fan Assisted Heaters

Lot 5 - Air Conditioning

Lot 6 - Air Handling Units

Lot 7 - Portable Fire Fighting Equipment Maintenance and Servicing

Lot 8 - Maintenance of Passenger and Goods Lifts

Lot 9 – Legionella

Lots 1 to 8 follow CLAW specifications and further guidance is included in the tender documents. A maximum of five suppliers will be appointed per lot and depending on the value of their requirements Councils will either award contracts by a call to competition or by direct award in rotation.
