Contract for the Supply and Installation of Renewables at West Cross phase 6 EWI scheme

Swansea Council ADG has been appointed to design and project manage a regeneration scheme to bring dwellings in line with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard requirements. The following document sets out the specification in line with the Client (Swansea Council Housing) Brief.

The purpose of the regeneration scheme is to carry out works to upgrade Thermal Value to 47nr. Council owned properties in West Cross, Swansea.

Properties within regeneration scheme are tenanted 2/3 Bed semi-detached Properties and 2 storey Flats.
