Description of the goods or services required

The University of Wales Trinity Saint David (hereinafter referred to as the University, or UWTSD) wish to appoint a Contractor for cleaning services across its Birmingham Campuses, as identified in this opportunity. The appointment will made via a competitive tender process.

An effective cleaning service is an important factor in the efficient running of an educational establishments, and a consistently high standard of cleaning is regarded as being vital at every site. The successful Contractor will be closely monitored on quality of work undertaken.

We invite tenders subject to the attached Contract, Specifications and other documents relating to the cleaning of our premises.
