Description of the goods or services required

The aim of this procurement process is to appoint a service provider to undertake quantitative surveys of domestic households in four cities in sub-Saharan Africa. The surveys are to be undertaken in Lagos (Nigeria), Cape Town (South Africa), Windhoek (Namibia) and Dodoma (Tanzania). The survey instrument will be provided by Cardiff University in the English language. For each city a minimum of 500 completed surveys are required
