EOI for Alarms Monitoring Receiving Centres

Torfaen County Borough Council are seeking expressions of interest from alarm monitoring receiving centres (ARC’s) for the delivery of alarm monitoring services supporting our community lifeline system and assistive technology provisions.

The service currently supports circa 1850 connections with the aim of supporting people to remain independent and in their chosen environment for as long as required. At present, 63% of users are lifeline only (button and box) with the remaining 37% provided with additional telecare equipment as part of their care and support plans.
