UKAEA are refurbishing 3 no Super Grid Transformers (SGT’s). This will be carried out as part of a Site Power Enhancement Project (SPEP). As part of the SPEP project, these works’ will provide a perspective of safe operation for ~10years. This refurbishment will provide sufficient improvement for current, and future fusion facilities across the UKAEA site
