This is a SOURCES SOUGHT TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION to determine the availability and technical capability, functional expertise, and cited examples with proven positive impact of small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required products and/or services.

ACAS is an Enterprise-wide Solution that is currently deployed across the Department of Defense (DoD) to scan an estimated 11 million devices on the DoD Information Network (DoDIN) for potential vulnerabilities that may affect the DoD security posture. ACAS is currently an agentless solution available via an unlimited Enterprise License that covers the full range of network-based (versus host/agent-based) assessment requirements, to ensure the DoD meets requirements for device configuration and patching and identifies system vulnerabilities and weaknesses.

The ACAS PMO is seeking information from potential sources for:

• Engineering SME support
• Training support
• Tier III support
• ACAS laboratory integration, capabilities, development, and maintenance of ACAS policies
• Artifacts to include administrative guidance and technical implementation guides
• Enterprise license management capabilities to include the following in order to stand up, operate, and sustain an Enterprise capability:
  • Data acquisition
  • Knowledge management
  • Analysis
  • Visualizations
