NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – DATASOURCE, INC.

PSC DA10 - Business Application/Application Development Software as a Service

The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to DataSource Inc, 1749 Old Meadow RD, STE 350, McLean, Virginia 22102-4312, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

This purpose of this requirement is obtaining a personnel security case management tracking system to (1) automate and manage end-to-end personnel security processing for the USITC’s Office of Security and Support Services, to include initiating, receiving, and adjudicating national security and suitability background investigations on prospective and current federal and contractor personnel, conducting continuous evaluation checks, and allowing for the automation of reporting requirements; and (2) serve as the official records repository for personnel security determinations and actions for the USITC.

This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within seven days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
