This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 3345511, and the business size standard is1,350 employees. This will be awarded as a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for two (2) High Latitude Buoy floats for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Marine Environmental Labs (PMEL) in Seattle, Washington in accordance with the incorporated Statement of Need.
