Marine Corps Installations East (MCI-East) Cherry Point Satellite Contracting Office, Cherry Point, NC 28533 hereby gives notice to intent to award a purchase order to ImmixTechnology, Inc., 8444 Westpark Dr. STE 200 McLean, Virginia, 22102-5112 (CAGE: 3CA29) on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

Fleet Readiness Center East (FRC-East) aboard MCAS Cherry Point, NC has a requirement to establish a contract to procure various Arbortext Software Licsening and Support. Market research has revealed this contractor is the only source capable of providing the required services due to proprietary software. Therefore, the government intends to procure these services on a sole source basis from ImmixTechnology, Inc., the only authorized distributor of PTC, Inc. software per DoD ESI Program.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which, if received within five (5) calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis, will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
