Quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 75D301-23-Q-77017, and is being issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-04. THIS RFQ IS BEING SOLICITED FOR FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION (BRAND NAME OR EQUAL)

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov, in order to be considered for award.

This combined synopsis solicitation notice is a request for competitive quotations. This requirement is for Azenta CryoPod LN2 Filling Stations and is expected to result in the award of one Firm Fixed Price purchase order.

All questions/inquiries must be submitted to the contracting officer via electronic mail (e-mail) no later than 12:00 PM Eastern on Monday, 08/14/2023. Offerors who fail to complete and submit a quotation in accordance with the requirements of this combined synopsis/solicitation may be considered non-responsive at the discretion of the Contracting Officer and will not be considered for award. Only quotations received prior to the RFQ closing date and time will be considered by the CDC. Late quotations will not be accepted.
