The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis this requirement; Boresight Test Station - 1 LOT. This requirement is sole sourced to Aerotech, 101 Zeta Drive, 5600 Lindbergh Dr, Loveland, Pittsburgh, PA 15238-2811 as the only vendor able to provide Boresight Test Station that is a direct replacement of existing Aerotech components used on the Rate Table. This is an upgrade and a direct replacement of the existing system. The Aerotech component matches the mechanical and electrical standpoint of the test station build. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to Terryl Mitchell at terryl.n.mitchell.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893623Q0169 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firms experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.

Going forward, all new entities registering in GSAs System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an
original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number before the
registration will be activated. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining
