Description

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a
fixed-price purchase order on a single source basis to Capitol Account Inc. for Subscription Access to Capitol Account News Service, which provides in-depth coverage of the agendas of the SEC and other financial regulators as well as tracking industry’s efforts to influence regulatory decisions. The Contracting Officer has determined that Capitol Account is the only source that can reasonably meet the SECs requirement in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b).

This subscription is proprietary and is not syndicated to other news outlets.

The period of performance for the purchase order is anticipated to include
a base year and three (3) one (1) year options.

The SEC intends to award a purchase order to Capitol Account Inc. on or about May 30, 2023. The total award value will be below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. This notice is not a competitive request for proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued. However, the government will give consideration to interested parties that identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals by the response date of this notice.
