Requirement :

The Medical Readiness Health Contracting Office - East (MRCO- E), intends to solicit, negotiate and award a firm fixed price contract for Blanchfield Army Community Hospital and the local area at Fort Campbell, KY. The requirement is for Document Destruction Services. This requirement is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).

This is a non-personal service contract to provide administrative support for the Blanchfield Army Community Hospital and other facilities supported by Fort Campbell, KY. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government in accordance with all terms and conditions in the contract.

The Contractor shall provide personnel, materials, equipment, tools, insurance and incidentals, supervision and all necessary to perform Document Destruction Services at Fort Campbell, KY. The period of performance for this service is:

Base Period: 26 September 2023 - 25 September 2024

Option Period One: 26 September 2024 - 25 September 2025

Option Period Two: 26 September 2025- 25 September 2026

Option Period Three: 26 September 2026 - 25 September 2027
