The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform turf maintenance at Carlyle Lake as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.

The government intends to award a contract without discussions with respective offerors. The government, however, reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed in its best interest.
Therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should contain the offeror’s best terms.The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later the Contracting Officer determines to be necessary. The Government may reject any and all offers if such is in the public interest; accept other than the lowest offer; and waive informalities and minor irregularities in received offers.
Period of Performance:
The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and four (4) one-year options with an additional 6 (six) month option at the end of the contract. Performance shall take place at: The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at Carlyle Lake, IL.

Site Visit: A site visit will be held on Tuesday, May 9th, 2023, at 10:00 AM (CST) at the Carlyle Lake Project Office, Conference Room (address below).
