This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is being issued as a small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 333912. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. ALL QUOTES MUST BE SUBMITTED TO

BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT: This particular brand name is essential to the requirement and market research indicates similar products do not meet or cannot be modified to meet agency needs. We are seeking this specific brand (Masterflex) and model number MFLX7771526 specifically because of the specifications of this make and model. In order for us to obtain the desired results, this specific brand and model will deliver the range of 0.6-26000 ml, which is specific, as we need a sub sample of environmental chamber without disturbing the contents of the chamber. The chambers must process into different chambers, and we need this rate to be specific for us to obtain the desired results. Masterflex is the only brand that can supply the specifications, the type and power needed in this type of peristaltic pump, but multiple companies distribute Masterflex products.

Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance: Deliver by July 1, 2023.

Delivery shall be FOB Destination to GREAT LAKES ENVIRONMENTAL, RES LAB/R/GLERL, 4840 SOUTH STATE STREET, ANN ARBOR, MI 48108. Quotes must provide separate shipping costs if applicable.

FAR 52.212-1, INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS – COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES (MAR 2023), applies to this acquisition. Evaluation will be based on the following;

1. Specification sheet

2. Price

3. Must be authorized reseller of Masterflex, vendor’s must provide a Masterflex reseller certification with quote.

The Government intends to award a low priced, technically acceptable, single firm fixed-price purchase order on an all or none basis with payment terms of Net 30.
