The 325th Contracting Squadron (325 CONS) at Tyndall AFB issues this Sources Sought Synopsis for information only to locate sources who are capable. This Sources Sought is for Tyndall AFB - Music Director located on Tyndall AFB, FL.

Provides music activities for the Tyndall Air Force Base Catholic Community. The Music Director shall provide labor and management to support the responsibilities outlined within this PWS. The contract includes, but is not limited to playing, training, scheduling, and processing music for liturgies within the Catholic Service in collaboration with the Tyndall AFB Catholic Chaplain/GS Priest.

Directorship shall be required for rehearsals, services, and special services.

Special services include but are not limited to: Memorial services, Funeral services, combined services, Faith specific holidays, and occasional support for special events.

Have 3 or more years of college in music (or related field), or equivalent years of related experience in a chapel/church setting.

Provide musical directorship and instrument accompaniment for the Catholic Service at Tyndall AFB Chapel which is currently held on Sundays at 9:00 am.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

It is imperative that business concerns responding to these sources sought articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately. It is requested that interested small businesses submit a brief capabilities statement (no more than 10 pages in length, single-spaced, 12-point font minimum) demonstrating ability to perform Tyndall AFB - Music Director. This documentation shall address, as a minimum, the following:

1. Company information: Company name; address, point of contact information to include: name, email address and telephone number.

2. Company size in relation to the applicable North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) 813110.

3. The socioeconomic status of the company.

4. A list of similar contracts (not to exceed 3) your company currently holds or has completed within the last three years. The list of contracts should be relevant to Tyndall AFB - Music Director, should include the location, contract number, description, estimated yearly value, performance dates, and Government point(s) of contacts (Contracting Officer and/or Contracting Officer Representative) with phone number and email address.

5. Demonstrate the company has adequate financial resources to perform this requirement; or the ability to obtain financial resources to perform this requirement.

ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 09:00 AM EST ON MONDAY 20 Feb 2023.

The Government will NOT provide a debrief on the results of the sources sought. All information submitted will be held in a confidential manner and will only be used for the purpose intended.
