Salon Products and Equipment
Reference number: CA13272 - CPC/RL/01/23This proposal for Salon Products and Equipment is a merge of two previous frameworks which are Salon Equipment, Furniture Supply and Maintenance and Hair Beauty and Wigs.
Any resulting framework from this exercise will be available to all further education institutions, universities, sixth forms, academies, schools, museums and other similar organisations who are current and future CPC members https://www.thecpc.ac.uk/members/regions.php https://www.gov.uk/guidance/get-information-about-schools. Local Authorities may wish to use the resulting framework when procuring on behalf of Educational Establishments. Lot 1: Hair Products and Equipment

This lot includes but is not limited to hair products including shampoo, conditioner, hair colourants, toners, bleach, hair and scalp treatments, styling products, hair extensions, wig supplies, clip-in hair extensions, hair pieces, hair extension tools and any associated wig making tools and materials, hairdressing kits and bundles, hairdressing accessories, and consumables for both branded and non-branded products. The lot also includes but is not limited to hairdryers, hair straighteners, hair curling equipment, freestanding hood dryers and processors, hair clippers and trimmers and other hairdressing and barbering equipment both electrical and non-electrical, and product training.

This lot includes but is not limited to beauty products including, hair removal, lashes and brow products and consumables, tanning products, manicure and pedicure products and consumables, nail products, consumables and equipment, spa treatments, massage treatments, and accessories, skincare and skin testing, makeup including theatrical and specialist makeup, makeup tools and consumables, beauty kits and bundles, beauty accessories, and consumables for both branded and non-branded products. The lot also includes equipment for the above not limited to both electrical and non-electrical, and product training

Lot 3: Salon Furniture and Associated Services

This lot includes hair salon, barber, beauty salon and nail salon furniture; including but not limited to salon chairs, makeup chairs, stools, footrests, pedicure units and chairs, beauty beds, massage tables, manicure tables, portable nail tables, backwash basins, barbers wash units, styling units, wired in hood dryers and processors, trolleys and stands, The lot includes supply, supply and installation of salon equipment including full salon fit outs, refurbishments and maintenance of equipment.

The Contracting Authority will incorporate a minimum of a ten calendar day standstill period at the point that information on the award of contract is communicated to tenderers. If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved then the Public Contract Regulations 2015, provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm, by breach of the rules to take action in the High Court. Any such action must be brought promptly
