         EK1: Fachkompetenz und Erfahrung des Anbieters

         1 Referenzprojekt mit folgenden Anforderungen:

         -vergleichbare Komplexität / Aufgabenstellung für die SIA-Phasen 52 und 53

         -Bausumme > Fr. 50 Mio.

         -Innerhalb der letzten 15 Jahren in folgender Sparte: Vermesser/Überwachung.

         -Das Referenzprojekt muss abgeschlossen sein.

         EK2: Fachkompetenz und Erfahrung des Personals

         EK2.1: PL SPE-ÜBW

         -vergleichbare Komplexität aus dem Unter- oder Übertagbau als SPE ÜBW PL oder SPE VER PL oder PL Stv. für die SIA Teilphasen 52 und 53 aus den letzten 10 Jahren.

         -nachweisbar mit maximal 2 Referenzprojekten. Diese Referenzprojekte müssen abgeschlossen sein.

         -Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch (Muttersprache oder min. C2).

         EK2.2: SPE-ÜBW PL Stv.

         -vergleichbare Komplexität aus dem Unter- oder Übertagbau als SPE ÜBW PL oder SPE VER PL oder PL Stv. für die SIA Teilphasen 52 und 53 aus den letzten 10 Jahren.

         -nachweisbar mit maximal 2 Referenzprojekte. Diese Referenzprojekte müssen abgeschlossen sein.

         -Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch (Muttersprache oder min. C2).

         EK3: Finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit

         Mittlerer Jahresumsatz pro Jahr der massgebenden Unternehmenseinheit(en) muss mindestens doppelt so gross sein wie die für das Projekt vorgesehene mittlere Jahresleistung.

         E4: Qualitätsmanagement

         Nachweis eines Qualitätsmanagements mittels Kopie des Zertifikats des Qualitätssystems nach ISO 9001 oder bei nicht zertifiziertem firmeneigenem Qualitätssystem Beschreibung des Systems (bei Planergemeinschaften ist dieser Nachweis nur vom federführenden Mitglied zu erbringen).
