         Ziel der Beschaffung ist es, auf dem Markt das vorteilhafteste Angebot zu eruieren. Dabei stehen nebst dem Preis folgende Aspekte im Vordergrund:

         Der Zuschlag geht jeweils an den Anbieter mit dem vorteilhaftesten Angebot je Los.

         Das ausgeschriebene Büromobiliar wird in zwei Lose eingeteilt. Jeder Anbieter kann für jedes Los ein Angebot abgeben. Dabei ist pro Los ein separates Angebot gemäss Formular
