        Le présent appel d’offres porte sur l’assainissement énergétique et la rénovation d’un premier groupe de bâtiments du patrimoine financier de la Ville de Lausanne. Il vise à désigner, pour les prestations d’études et de réalisation et par lot, un architecte en tant que mandataire principal, ayant une expérience dans la rénovation technique et énergétique d’immeubles locatifs habités, avec ou sans valeur patrimoniale, ainsi qu’une solide expérience dans la coordination de mandataires techniques et spécialistes (ingénieurs CVSE, sécurité incendie, etc.).

        Quel que soit le nombre de lots auquel il aura répondu, le soumissionnaire ne pourra se voir adjuger qu’un lot au maximum. L’ordre qui prévaut pour le processus d’analyse des offres et pour les adjudications correspond à l’ordre croissant des numéros de lot (n°1 à n°5).
