         Mit der vorliegenden Beschaffung sucht die VKF eine Umsetzungs- und Wartungspartnerin, welche die autonom laufenden Module «Register BS» und «Hagelregister» aus der bestehenden Systemplattform GEORG extrahiert und in ein neues System überführt.

         Nach der initialen Überführung auf die neue Systemplattform ist ein Betrieb von mindestens 10 Jahren sicherzustellen. In diesem Zeitraum können bei Bedarf Change Requests oder Weiterentwicklungen umgesetzt werden.

         Die neue Systemplattform muss die Cloud-Strategie der VKF berücksichtigen.

         Die auf der Systemplattform GEORG vorhandenen Daten müssen auf die neue Systemplattform überführt (migriert) werden, sodass ein unterbruchsfreier Weiterbetrieb möglich ist.

         Die VKF sucht eine Anbieterin, die als Service-Partner für das Gesamtsystem auftritt und als Ansprechpartner für technische Fragen zur Verfügung steht (SaaS-Prinzip).
