         CA1: APTITUDE TECHNIQUE

         1 projet de référence pour des prestations d’auteur de projet de complexité comparable dans le même domaine spécialisé pour une route à grand débit (directions séparées et au moins 2 voies par sens de circulation) avec un volume d’investissement d’au moins CHF 40 millions hors taxe dont les phases «concept d’intervention » resp. projet définitif (AP) selon LRN/ORN ou des phases d’étude équivalentes sont achevées.

         CA2: APTITUDE ÉCONOMIQUE / FINANCIÈRE

         Pour le soumissionnaire: le chiffre d’affaires du soumissionnaire doit correspondre à plus du double de la valeur anuelle du marché.

         CA3: APTITUDE DU CHEF DE PROJET

         Pour le chef de projet : 1 projet de référence dans le cadre de la même fonction ou d’une fonction suppléante d‘une complexité comparable dans le même domaine spécialisé, pour une route à grand débit (directions séparées et au moins 2 voies par sens de circulation) avec un volume d’investissement d’au moins CHF 10 millions hors taxe. La personne clé doit avoir traité la phase concept d’intervention (MK) resp. projet définitif (AP) selon LRN/ORN ou une phase d’étude équivalente et la phase doit être achevée.

         CA4: DISPONIBILITÉ

         Preuve que la disponibilité pour le mandat du présent appel d"offres est supérieure ou égale à la disponibilité minimale exigée par le pouvoir adjudicateur pendant les deux premières années du mandat.

         CA5: PRESTATION MAXIMALE FOURNIE PAR DES SOUS-TRAITANTS
