         Sundsvall Energi AB:s (SEAB), har för avsikt att upphandla ramavtal med två (2) leverantörer dels avseende konsulttjänster och dels avseende konsulttjänster inklusive installation för instrument- och processdataarbeten inom SEAB:s samtliga anläggningar.

         Ramavtalet kommer att ha alla villkor för avrop fastställda för löpande arbeten och där leverantörerna rangordnas för avrop. För uppdrag med särskild beslutad budget kommer avrop att ske genom förnyad konkurrensutsättning
