• upprätta en plan för överlämnande av kunskaper och erfarenheter specifika för Softprio

• driva överlämningsprocessen

• fortsätta att projektleda pågående utvecklingsprojekt inom ramen för Softprio.

Stadsmiljöförvaltningen ansvarar för att uppdraget resurssätts med lämpliga handläggare som kan ta emot överlämningen.

Överlämningen uppskattas pågå under två års kalendertid med en avklingande debiteringsgrad i takt med att ansvar och arbetsuppgifter tas över av utsedda handläggare.

Explanation:

Lennart Englund, konsulten, har varit djupt involverad i såväl utveckling som drift av alla omnämnda delsystem och funktioner och på så vis har verksamheterna utvecklat ett starkt och unikt beroende till Lennarts specialistkunskaper och platsspecifika erfarenheter. För några av delsystemen är Lennart den ende som har full insyn. För att avveckla beroendet krävs en planerad överlämning. Lennart närmar sig pensionsålder och det är därför angeläget att snarast möjligt påbörja kompetensöverlämningen.
