Explanation:

Falköpings kommun genomför en frivillig förhandsinsyn i enlighet med LOU (2016:1145) 10 kap 5 § med avsikt att teckna avtal med Axiell Sverige AB. Avtalet gäller uppgradering, underhåll och support av bibliotekssystem. Genom tidigare avtal har kommunen fria licenser och full nyttjanderätt till systemet på obegränsad tid. Uppgradering, underhåll och support kan endast tillhandahållas av Axiell Sverige AB på grund av ensamrätt. Därmed är villkoren i LOU 6 kap. 14 § tredje punkten uppfyllda.
