         Värmdö kommunen har beslutat att frångå en traditionell modell att upphandla IT- konsulter via ett sk Konsultmäklaravtal

         Detta till förmån för ett Dynamiskt inköpssystem "DIS"

         Värmdö Kommun avser med initieringen av denna DIS att skapa ett transparant förhållningssätt kring anskaffandet av resurser i form av IT konsulter.

         DIS-systemet är i sin konstruktion menat att skapa förutsättningar för en sund konkurrenssituation där en balans mellan kompetens och pris möjliggörs.

         Behoven spänner över en mängd kompetensområden vilka kommer beskrivas i "Upphandlingsdokument DIS"

         Efter kvalificering av leverantörer till detta DIS system kommer vi att annonsera uppdrag där en eller flera kompetenser kommer att upphandlas utifrån identifierade behov och uppdrag.
