        Fachkunde

        Zum Nachweis der Befähigung und Erlaubnis zur Berufsausübung (§ 33 UVgO; § 44 VgV) werden folgende

        Angaben gemacht:

        Eintragung in das Berufs- oder Handelsregister Ihres Sitzes oder Wohnsitzes (§ 44 VgV)

        • Ich bin/Wir sind eingetragen im Handelsregister

        • Ich bin/Wir sind nicht zur Eintragung in das Handelsregister verpflichtet.

        Zur Bestätigung werden auf gesondertes Verlangen folgende Unterlagen vorgelegt: Gewerbeanmeldung, Handelsregisterauszug, Eintragung in Berufsregister/Handwerksrolle/Industrie- und Handelskammer.

        Die Angaben hierzu sind im Formblatt Eignung einzutragen.

      2. Economic and financial standing:

        Zum Nachweis der wirtschaftlichen und finanziellen Leistungsfähigkeit (§ 33 UVgO; § 45 VgV) werden

        folgende Angaben gemacht:

        • Ich/Wir erkläre/n, über die zur Leistungsausführung erforderlichen wirtschaftlichen und finanziellen Kapazitäten zu verfügen und auf Verlangen geeignete Unterlagen als Nachweis vorzulegen.

        • Umsatz des Unternehmens in den letzten drei abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahren:

        Die vorstehenden Zahlen werden auf Verlangen durch Vorlage geeigneter Unterlagen nachgewiesen.

        Die Deckungssummen der Berufshaftpflichtversicherung müssen mindestens betragen:

        für Personenschäden 500.000,00 €, für sonstige Schäden 125.000,00 €

        Gewährleistungs- und Schadensersatzansprüche richten sich nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften.

        Ich/wir erkläre(n), dass für mein/unser Vermögen kein vorläufiger Insolvenzverwalter bestellt worden ist. (keine Weiterführung der Geschäfte durch Insolvenzverwalter - § 22 InsO).

        Diese Angaben sind in den Eignungskriterien auf der eVergabe oder im Formblatt Eignung zu machen oder mit Unterschrift des Formblattes zu bestätigen.

        - personelle und technische Mittel: Erklärung das die erforderlichen personellen und technischen Mittel sowie ausreichend Erfahrung für die Ausführung der geforderten qualitativen Tätigkeiten besteht. Eigenerklärung durch Einreichung des Formblatt Eignung.

        - Vorlage Referenzen: dem Angebot sind 3 mit der ausgeschriebenen Leistung vergleichbare Referenzen beizufügen. Mit der Benennung der Leistung, Angaben des Rechnungswertes und den Kontaktdaten der Ansprechpartner

        - Erklärung Software: der Besitz der erforderlichen Software zur Auslesung von Fehlermeldungen und/oder Einstellarbeiten an Motoren o.ä. an den Radladern und Baggern muss, für die angebotene/n Los/e in den Eignungskriterien der eVergabe bestätigt werden

        - Fuhrpark: die Werkstatt- und Lieferfahrzeuge müssen alle mind. die Euro 5-Norm erfüllen. Angabe dazu in den Eignungskriterien der eVergabe
