         Falu Energi & Vatten AB avser att ingå ramavtal avseende borttransportering och slutligt omhändertagande av rötat slam från Främby avloppsreningsverk i Falu kommun. Tömning/lastning av rötslammet från silon ska ske varje onsdag tills silon är tömd på ca 60-70 ton.

         I undantagsfall kan ytterligare tömningar av silon behöva göras, t.ex. vid någon oförutseende händelse som påverkar status i silon. Uppdragsgivaren förutsätter att entreprenören har en mottagningskapacitet som vid varje tidpunkt under kontraktsperioden kan trygga uppdragsgivarens behov. Uppdragsgivaren har ingen möjlighet till mellanlagring av rötat slam.

         Efter avhämtning av slammet övergår ansvaret/äganderätten till leverantören
