         Syfte

         Syftet med upphandlingen är att teckna ramavtal med Leverantörer som kan tillhandhålla Beställaren konsulter för projektledning och projektering/beredning av el- och belysningsnät via förnyade konkurrensutsättningar i de fall behov uppstår.

         Omfattning

         Upphandlingen omfattar löpande behov av konsulter för projektledning och projektering/beredning av el- och belysningsnät. Förekommande arbete innefattar projektledning, projektering och beredning av nybyggnation, om- och tillbyggnation samt underhåll av befintliga el- och belysningsnät i Linköpings och Katrineholms kommuner. Projekten omfattar både kabel- och friledningsnät. Det kan också förekomma behov av konsulter som arbetar löpande med flera projekt samtidigt.

         Leverantören ska kunna tillhandahålla både projektledare och projektör/beredare.Behovet omfattar cirka 16 000 timmar årligen. Tiden fördelas på både stora och små projekt av varierandelängd där beläggningen kan variera mellan 20-100%.

         Observera att uppdragets omfattning baseras på tidigare år och att Beställaren inte kan garantera volymer.

         Under avtalstiden kan förändringar komma att ske utifrån koncernbeslut, verksamhetsförändringar medmera som kan påverka behovet och volymen. Leverantören är skyldig att leverera det verkliga behovet.

         Beställaren kommer teckna avtal med maximalt sex (6) Leverantörer för att täcka behovet, förutsatt att så många Leverantörer är kvalificerade och uppfyller ställda krav.
