         Tenderers must delivery - support and maintenance of SafeQ and the procurement of licences. The price sheet is based on 322 multifunction machines.

         The estimated procurement value is approx. NOK 1 million excluding VAT a year.

         Maintenance costs in addition to this are not included. The amount for the contract scope is not binding for the contracting authority.

         The contracting authority has separate framework agreements for multifunction machines, these are therefore not included in the delivery.

         Advania with HP machines currently delivers MFP machines. Further information on the objective and scope of the procurement are included in annex 3 Requirements Specification.
