         Upphandlingen omfattar bulkleverans av bränslen och Adblue till Swedavias tio (10) flygplatser. Upphandlingen är fördelad på två delar:

          

         Kategori A - fossila bränslen, drivmedel inom reduktionsplikten

         Kategori B - fossilfria bränslen, HVO100 och RME100, både som drivmedel och eldningsolja, samt Adblue.

          

         Swedavia avser att upphandla ett ramavtal med en leverantör per kategori.

          

          

          

         ”För de fall att anbudsansökande företag vill använda sig av European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) kommer Swedavia möjliggöra för detta genom att på begäran skicka ut dokumentet till det anbudssökande företaget. I de fall anbudssökande har för avsikt att använda sig av annans kapacitet, ska även dessa fylla i en ESPD.  Dokumentet kan sedan fyllas i och bifogas anbudsansökningen. Användandet av ESPD är frivilligt.
