         Upphandlingen omfattar ramavtal för kontinuerliga avrop gällande tekniska konsulttjänster inom el, fjärrvärme och fjärrkyla. Upphandlingen genomförs i nedanstående delområden och Ansökanden kan välja att delta i ett eller flera delområden:

         Uppskattad volym för ramavtalet är cirka 10 mnkr per år. Ansökanden kan betrakta detta som en vägledning för omfattningen. Öresundskraft lämnar ingen garanti avseende volymer, utan omfattningen kan komma att variera under avtalsperioden.

         Avtalstiden är två (2) år med möjlighet för Öresundskraft att förlänga avtalet i upp till sex (6) år, vid ett eller flera tillfällen. Planerad avtalsstart är januari 2024.

         Upphandlingens omfattning

         Upphandlingen omfattar ramavtal för kontinuerliga avrop gällande tekniska konsulttjänster inom el, fjärrvärme och fjärrkyla. Upphandlingen genomförs i nedanstående delområden och Ansökanden kan välja att delta i ett eller flera delområden:

         Uppskattad volym för ramavtalet är cirka 10 mnkr per år. Ansökanden kan betrakta detta som en vägledning för omfattningen. Öresundskraft lämnar ingen garanti avseende volymer, utan omfattningen kan komma att variera under avtalsperioden.

         Maximal volym per ramavtal är 100 mnkr. När köp på ramavtalet uppgått till maxvolymen äger Öresundskraft rätt att säga upp avtalet till omedelbart upphörande, eller till den tidpunkt som Öresundskraft anger, se även avtalsvillkoren. Maxvolymen ska inte förväxlas med uppskattad omfattning för upphandlingen.

         Avtalstiden är två (2) år med möjlighet för Öresundskraft att förlänga avtalet i upp till sex (6) år, vid ett eller flera tillfällen. Planerad avtalsstart är januari 2024.
