         De los vehículos: Previamente a la adjudicación de cada lote, la empresa mejor clasificada deberá presentar la documentación de los vehículos que haya ofertado y que acredite la autorización para la prestación del servicio de alquiler de vehículos con conductor (VTC) según lo establecido por la legislación vigente, así como la ficha técnica, permiso de circulación y seguro en vigor del vehículo, teniendo en cuenta que el mismo vehículo no puede prestar servicio para dos lotes distintos y que no puede ofrecerse un número de vehículos superior al número de autorizaciones que se tengan.

         De los conductores: habrán de encontrarse en posesión del permiso de conducción que en cada momento establezca la legislación vigente para poder prestar este tipo de servicios. Tanto su licencia de conducción como la correspondiente carta de aptitud médica deberán ser presentadas al Departamento de Servicios Generales con carácter previo al inicio efectivo del servicio a prestar por cada conductor.
