         Omfattning

         Upphandlingen omfattar kommunal vuxenutbildning, yrkesvux, och kommer att resultera i ramavtal för löpande avrop av det samlade behovet under avtalstiden.

         Varbergs kommun upphandlar Kommunal vuxenutbildning, yrkesvux, inom nedan fem (5) avtalsområden (yrkesprogram):

         Bygg- och anläggningsprogrammet (exklusive anläggningsmaskinförare)

         El- och energiprogrammet

         VVS- och fastighetsprogrammet

         Fordon- och transportprogrammet (exklusive bussförare och lastbilsförare)

         Industriteknik.

         Vuxenutbildningen i Varberg avser att teckna ramavtal med en (1) utbildningsanordnare.

         Föregående års (2019-01 -- 2022-12) volym var ca 48 000 000 SEK och kan ses som en indikation på kommande volym men kan dock inte garanteras.

         Beställaren garanterar ingen specifik volym då den verkliga volymen både kan överstiga samt understiga angivna volymer. Anbudsgivaren ska leverera de kvantiteter utav de tjänster som avropas.

         TakvolymTakvolym för ramavtalet uppgår till 55 000 000 SEK. Om ramavtalets omsättning uppnår angiven takvolym eller detta förhållande förväntas inträffa inom en snar framtid har Varbergs kommun rätt att säga upp ramavtalet till omedelbart upphörande. En sådan uppsägning påverkar inte giltigheten av kontrakt som ingåtts med stöd av ramavtalet dessförinnan.

         Upphandlingens omfattning har bestämts med beaktande av 4 kap. 14 § LOU och grundar sig på fördelen med synergieffekter, samordnade leveranser samt lägre administrativa kostnader.
