         Jordbruksverket bjuder in till att lämna anbud på rådgivningstjänster för enskild biogasrådgivning av biogasmodul 2, 3a och 3b inom Landsbygdsprogrammets målområde “Energi och klimat”.

         De rådgivningsmoduler som nu handlas upp är följande (se även bifogade bilagor):

         • Biogasmodul 2: Är biogas något för mig?

         • Biogasmodul 3a: Enskild fördjupad biogasrådgivning – Beräkning inför investering i biogasproduktionsanläggning – ekonomi, miljönytta och riskanalys

         • Biogasmodul 3b: Enskild fördjupad biogasrådgivning – Affärsmöjligheter, lagstiftning och planering

         Rådgivningen är tänkt att erbjudas i hela Sverige. Uppdragen ska utföras 2023 och 2024. Därefter kommer rådgivningen att kunna upphandlas i länsstyrelsernas regi inom Greppa Näringen.

         Beskrivning av uppdraget

         Uppdraget innebär att utföra enskild biogasrådgivning inom Landsbygdsprogrammet enligt följande tre (3) moduler:

         - Biogasmodul 2: Enskild biogasrådgivning. Är biogas något för mig? Modulen ska utföras enligt modulbeskrivningen i bilaga.

         - Biogasmodul 3a: Enskild fördjupad biogasrådgivning – beräkning inför investering i biogasanläggning – ekonomi, miljönytta och riskanalys. Modulen ska utföras enligt modulbeskrivning i bilaga.

         - Biogasmodul 3b: Enskild fördjupad biogasrådgivning – affärsmöjligheter, lagstiftning och planering. Modulen ska utföras enligt modulbeskrivning i bilaga.

         Mindre justeringar av modultexterna kan komma att göras under avtalsperioden.

         Som stöd i rådgivningen finns rådgivningsunderlag framtaget av Hushållningssällskapet i Sjuhärad och Hushållningssällskapet i Halland på uppdrag av Jordbruksverket. Rådgivaren har själv ett stort ansvar att läsa in sig på den informationen och de underlag som Jordbruksverket erbjuder men också att hänga med i utvecklingen framåt och meddela Jordbruksverket om material behöver uppdateras. Beräkningsverktyget Biogaskollen uppdateras efterhand.

         Rådgivningen finansieras med medel inom kompetensutveckling energi- och klimat, delområde 2.1. Rådgivningstjänster och handläggs av Jordbruksverkets Informations- och demonstrationsprojekt ”Minskad klimatpåverkan och förnybar energi” (journalnummer 2015-778).
