Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

dado que las necesidades reales han resultado superiores a las previstas inicialmente en el contrato basado, fruto del incremento de la demanda del servicio como se ha expuesto más arriba y que para

esta prestación es imposible determinar el número de mujeres que voluntariamente accederán a la misma, el presupuesto disponible es insuficiente para atender las obligaciones previstas hasta la finalización del contrato.

Por ello, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 204 de la 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público, y en la cláusula 23.2 del Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares que rige esta contratación, se solicita la modificación del segundo contrato basado incrementando su presupuesto en 160.000 euros, exentos de IVA, lo que supone un porcentaje del 19,21 % del presupuesto inicial, que se incrementarán a la anualidad 2024 dado que las necesidades del ejercicio 2023 han quedado satisfechas con el

reajuste tramitado.
