         Contratación del suministro mediante sistema integral de arrendamiento de 5 vehículos tipo todoterreno con reductora, destinados a cubrir las necesidades de Redes de Telecomunicaciones Galegas Retegal, S.A., derivadas de la prestación de su actividad de mantenimiento en centros de telecomunicación de difícil acceso.

         La situación actual del sector de la automoción conlleva la necesidad de realizar la presente licitación en dos fases de ejecución: Fase 1. Suministro de vehículos durante un plazo máximo de 5 meses, y Fase 2. Suministro de vehículos nuevos durante el plazo restante hasta el máximo de 53 meses desde la finalización de la fase 1.

         No obstante, toda vez que la fase 1 es transitoria, si los licitadores se encuentran en disposición de ofertar directamente los vehículos nuevos al inicio del contrato, podrán hacerlo sin pasar por la fase 1.
